Clear Coat on Carbon Fiber Failed-Repairable ?

Hello All,
The glossy clear coat on my M7 carbon fiber hood scoop has failed, leaving it hazy looking. I was thinking about sanding it down with 400 then shooting it with Krylon clear gloss. Think it'll work?

I'd first start sanding with a wetsandh a 1500 then try buffing it out... just be carefull that you dont sand the carbon fiber...

CF is really dangerous to work with. Toxic to your lungs.

Did you give the office a call about this ? Perhaps they can work something out for you . I am going to be there tomorrow for some sort of magazine shoot and I will look into it for you .
