VHT Night Shades

ANybody here of this stuff or use it on there MINI. It's used for tiniting tail lights and side markers. A friend recomended it when I was looking at tail light tints for my car. He says it came out great on a sport bike he used to have. Just thought I would see what every one's thought were on it.

If you decide you want someone else to do it, try jonstintedtails.com. I'm going to send mine to him hopefully this month. His work looks top notch.

I've used the stuff on my old acura. stuff works pretty well, but make sure you apply it very lightly if youre going for a smoked look. After a few years it will start to fade, but you can always remove it with acetone and reapply.

That's what another friend told me. I completely forgot that we used it on his dodge ram back in high school. The problem now is finding it in a store or a website.

NAPA sells it now, part number SP999 cost is 13 bucks per spray can over the counter.

I used to use it all the time for bikes for turn signals and stuff...now I use an opaque black midcoat and clear over it when i'm doing taillights though. But I have pro spray equipment and whatnot.
