It would be nice to be able to see what you are talking about. What part is wrapped? Try taking a photo in your garage, where the exterior isn't so much brighter than the interior. You could also get closer to the NAV.

Ah i get it. Instead of a grey background for the tach/nav it is glossy black. Nice! How hard to install?

Oh, it is the gauge faces. I was trying to see a difference in the surround. Nice.

What I want is something to black out the matte "chrome" ring round the gauges.

How readable are the dial markings compared to OEM? They are invisible in the photo.

Extremely easy for me... Then again I take my car apart often... The gushes are easy to read... Mainly because I drive with the lights always on so backlighting is always showing through... I took a picture last night that I'll post soon to show how easy it is to read.

As for the chre rings... Actually looking into how easily they come off cuz that's my next little mod

I saw dunphyj's car in person and I must say those gauges are stunning. It's really amazing how well it was done.

Yes it's a bit off but that was a fault of mine on the install not a problem with the piece itself... I just stretched the vinyl by accident,
