I am not sure there is spot on the vehicle that will not look ridiculous to some degree. CB that is old school, makes me think of Smokey and the Bandit.

Have you given any thought to a glass mount CB antenna?

It may have poorer reception/x-mit but it won't look quite as ridiculous...
