Photoshop of front bumper stripes for aero kit request!

Front bumper was a victim of a hit and run (woke up to see the bumper on the floor in the morning). Bought a replacement, and decided only to have the wheel arches painted. Left the rest white, bought aero kit inserts in red. I'm thinking I will get red stripes for a bit more contrast and to match the color scheme.

Any photoshoppers out there that can lend a hand?

Boy is it nice to drive in the MINI again (been away in Australia for six months! ) !!!

MS Windows

Open Paint program
CLick onto Stretch/Scew from pulldown menu
In boxes reduce size from the orig 100% until the size of the picture is reduced to file size you want.
Save as JPG File...

May be other ways but this works for me.

You'd think that one of my degrees being in Photojournalism (and having it from the best PJ program in the country) that I'd be able to do a better job (lol), but here it is...

ahahha! Fine--I'll give you a second shot at it. Make the stripes slanting inwards a bit and you may be able to redeem yourself...

Stop being cheap and just paint it the right color.

I'm gonna agree with flannel. A white bumper on a red car looks really off and busy. Paint it red so it matches the car.

Sorry, I haven't really had time to get back at it. It'll take a while to do a really stand up job. I'll re-post when I get a free second to improve the PS work.

This isn't my taste, but it's not my car!

I'd lose the red stripes on the bumper and paint the surrounding trim of the aero kit grilles white and see what happens. It's going to look cartoony to me, but that might tie together everything going on above the bumper with everything below. (And replace the checkered mirror caps with white. Your car has plenty going on as it is.)

Edit: Here's another idea: paint the grille surrounds red and paint the inside of the lower grille surround red.

Sorry for the lousy Photochopping, but it's a small image.

Like the others paint the bumper red. Then maybe put white inserts in the fog light area and do white mirrows and stripes on bonnet and or have them run down across the bumper like someone else mentioned. Maybe even keep the checkered mirrors and carry that theme into your stripes and insert panels..I'm full of ideas but it's your car, as long as you like it nothing else matters...

Thanks for all the input! But I must say, the white bumper has grown on me a lot since putting it on a couple weeks ago. Gonna go through with the red stripes, hopefully tomorrow, and will take some pictures.
