I believe the smoked lenses can be purchased through either outmotoring, mossmini, or both. This is certainly a good option if you wish to keep the "S." Otherwise, you can use the side vent from a non-S.

the smoked lenses are an easy option. i got mine from MossMINI. the more subtle part is that the "chromed" part is body color, not blacked out. this just gives it a little cleaner look. the background mesh was painted to match the mesh of my M7 grilles and brushed aluminum wheels....i just don't recall anyone else painting the part body color....
Did you also paint the sides of the S logo body color? I know you left the chrome around the S, but if you follow the chrome down the sides of it, are they also chrome?? Just curious.

the chromed "S" is removed as one piece, so the sides are still chrome. i'm not on a chrome-delete theme. not much chrome, however, remains.....

I did the same thing a few months back except I removed the red sticker and made my own black one. It looks good with the blackout look as I like a little touch of chrome here and there for contrast.

buff it with a scotchbrite pad, use some Duplicolor self etching primer, then paint. should last...the paint might chip, but the primer won't .
