I want to get my PW/B MC tinted. I want to take it somewhere that has done a Mini before, or atleast is recommended.

Also what is the average prices for doing this?

Also, I'm confused reading the post. Some people did 35% front windows and 20% back 3. Wouldn't you want all the windows tinted the same to match?

Is there different methods of tinting (like peal-n-stick, spayed on like paint)?

Thanks,
ToeKnee

talk to your dealer.
i had mine done by a 3rd party at my dealer.
that way i was able to have the cost rolled into my financing!
i'm not sure about the %'s of my tint, but it's
really dark on the back 3 windows and slightly lighter on the front 2.
sorry i didn't get back to you sooner!

Anything darker than 75% is illegal in most states except Florida and Cali, so basically its like having no tint. If you dont mind tickets though... I might get mine done.

dot and toeknee...
illinois doesn't allow any tint on front windows, true.
they do allow any % for the back ones though.
it's funny, the cops in my hood love the car!
they even told me that if i got pulled for my tint,
they would see what they could do for me!
i wouldn't sweat it, just don't do limo tint all around!

Thanks. I was going to ask about IL laws. That sucks if you can't even tint the front windows.

What is the average cost of tinting?
