Removing and installing 3 piece dash:
http://midwestdrivers.net/seatfix/dash.mov
large video but pretty explanatory I think. pm if you have questions.
If you remove /dash.mov from the url to view the /seatfix directory you get pictures on removing/replacing seat height adjuster as a bonus.

How to wire alarm light to go on (without an alarm)
As title says, I want to wire the red blinking alarm light to go on when I park. I do not have the alarm feature and I've been told that the alarm feature doesn't do much and is overpriced.
Looking to do this on a 2009 JCW Clubman. Thanks.

Removal;
Use a syringe to remove brake fluid.
Detach electrical connections.
Remove the brake fluid reservoir screw underneith the reservoir.
Lift the reservoir straight up and off of master cylinder.
Remove brake lines.
Remove the DSC electrical connection underneith the master cylinder if you have DSC.
Remove master cylinder mounting nuts.
Have a container or large rag to catch excess fluid ready.
Pull master cylinder out of brake booster.
Re-installation;
Install new o-rings.
Make sure the master cylinder pressure rod lines up with brake booster pressure rod.
Reinstallation is reverse of removal from this point.
Tightening torques;
Brake fluid reservoir to master cylinder - 31 in-lb
Brake lines to master cylinder - 10 ft-lb
Brake master cylinder to booster - 2 ft-lb
This is a great time for you to upgrade to a higher boiling point brake fluid like ATE Super Blue. I like this one because it's easy to tell when all the old fluid is out due to the change in color.
Obviously you need to bleed all four brakes at the end. Start with the right rear then left rear then right front and end at left front.
