Sorry it took me so long to get back to this. I'm not going to post everyone's schedule, but I don't mind if folks know mine.
Latka / Andy's First Hawaiian Auto Show Schedule:
Friday, 14 Mar 2014 - 12pm to 6pm
Saturday, 15 Mar 2014 - 10am to 6pm
Sunday, 16 Mar 2014 - 10am to 6pm
For those that don't know me, I'm a gorilla-sized motorer. I'm 6'6" and like 315lbs, so I shouldn't be too difficult to spot. Yes, I drive a MINI (and a Mini!).
Rumor has it that our display F56 (on loan only for the auto show) is sitting at the dock. Everyone cross your shifters that we can get 'er in the show! The regular F56 cars should be arriving next month. We've got our F56 launch party planned for Saturday, April 19th. I don't know the specific times, but I believe it's going to be an all-day kinda event.
Minihune, don't worry - we'll have Rxx cars there too! The only Fxx we could possibly have is the new Hardtop... for now!

I have this funny little tag I'll be wearing that says "ANDY KAUFFMAN, MOTORING ADVISOR."
We got our F56! It's a black Cooper S. I only got to drive it from the curb inside the convention center, but I am already in love. It feels so... grown up! That's the best way I can describe it. The touch / feel of everything is really, really nice. The new harmon / kardon sound system has already been tested and Andy Approved. :D LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this new car!

Cars and Coffee is monthly on the 2nd sunday usually sponsored by the local Mustang Club at Kakaako in the Piano lot area near the Children's discovery Museum.
8-10am, it's pretty sunny. Sometimes they go for a drive at 10am.
There is nothing planned for March so hopefully it will happen in April.

Just a reminder that SCCA will have a test and tune event for autocross at Aloha Stadium lower parking lot on Sunday July 25,2014.
This is an instructional day and perfect for learning car control in a safe environment on a course that is flat and marked with orange cones.
Bring your MINI and give it a try, Snell rated Helmet M2000 or later required, you can rent one first come first served. You need closed shoes.
Once the instructor feels you are skilled enough to drive alone, you will be allowed to take a passenger (who also needs closed shoes and a Snell rated helmet) to ride along.
You can also ride along with other people/drivers/instructors in various cars.
Ever wonder what it would be like to go full throttle in a 600 HP car? Well come down and find out.
