Hey all you lovely Gulf Coast people. I am sending out a plea for help for this year's MOTD.
DCMM is hosting the farewell dinner and I am doing a Mardi Gras theme. All our proceeds will go to Habitat For Humanity to help rebulid the areas hit by the terrible two.
My plea is for beads! LOTS AND LOTS OF BEADS! I have been searching and searching, and it is so difficult and very expensive to ship a couple of hundred pounds of beads up north! So, I am asking for help with bringing some beads up to MOTD.
I will of course, take donations of them, if you happen to have a bunch lying around the house to give away. But if you need to actually buy some, if you can let me know how much I will be looking at repaying, it would be greatly appreciated! I am attempting to have in the vicinity of..oh, about 2500-3000 strands or so...
I will buy them and ship them if I have to, but I just figured I could reach out to some locals and see if you may have some connections! Please let me know if you can/are willing to help me in my quest!
