Anyone else tracking their GP2?
So my Dad recently decided he wanted to try a track day with his new-to-him GP2. We went to Putnam Park last October with 10/10ths Motorsports. I got him all set up with 2 days, a new helmet, and a set of Bridgestone RE-71R's for his birthday and rode shotgun with him to give him some coaching. He asked me to take it for a spin and see what I thought. I have to admit, this car is an absolute HOOT on the track. I was running times pretty close to what my FR-S ran on Hankook RS3's. It rotates really well and has plenty of torque. I was pleasantly surprised how well the brakes held up with the e-diff.
Obligatory curb-hopping bicycle action:
And some fun waiting up for a couple friends in an ITR and STI that were running about the same lap times:

I have one that has been built as a fully competitive tarmac rally car. Full welded custom FIA spec rollcage, seats, harnesses etc, all the rally computers, extinguishers etc etc.
The car runs in what is a "showroom" category so is not really modified too much, as it is not allowed. Brake pads, lines, fluid with rebuilt calipers. Different springs on the stock shocks with custom valving. Decat.
A lot of fun
