How does the GP handle on bumpy back roads?

Hey GPers how does the GP handle your typical bumpy back road? Is it too punishing or still fun and rewarding?

How bumpy are we talking here?

If it's just undulating pavement, it's fine. Gravel roads, roads with holes and patches, and roads with a high crown, you might want to be careful on or avoid altogether.

You know back roads. The occasional bumps maybe a pothole. Not gravel. I wouldn't take the car rallying. Haha.

Its in its element. That is what it was designed to do. Stable and predictable.

Heres some footage of mine on back roads

NICE! I've been meaning to ship my car over on the Spirit of Tasmania for a holiday to enjoy those roads.

At legal speeds of course which is going to require that upgraded RSB.

Around here 'back roads' means gravel and MINIs don't like gravel roads. If you are into 'motoring', the roads less traveled - also known in some places as Blue Highways - are the most interesting and adventuresome with much less traffic.

Perhaps a terminology mismatch. We have roads here that are paved but not maintained like your typical highway. 2-lane less traveled twisty hill/mtn roads. That is what I am talking about.

NICE Video!!! Great job on the race. I must say though maybe you would have gotten first place if you kept the GP stickers on. Everyone knows they are good for +10hp.

;-)

As others have said, the car is in its element.

The GP is a blast on backroads.

We have a section downtown called the cobblestone district. It is down right spine shattering in the gp.

Yeah, that sounds more like a torture device.

Washboard surfaces are no bueno in the GP.

FWIW: I found the GP2 ride to be firmer yet more comfortable than my 2005 R53 with Koni yellow adjustables set at soft. Love driving the Colorado mountain roads.
