Any difference between the GP in USA and Europe?

hi there, i would like to know if there is any difference between the GP in USA and the European one, because im from Europe but i have a very good offer from an owner of GP in USA, and i would like to know that, hope someone can help me

I know that the seats are different. USA did not get the nice Recaro seats. Might be other differences.

yes i know that, and the milles per hour is the only difference, not in Km

Another difference the US GP did not come with the rear fog lamp just above the exhaust.

I don't think there are more difference more than rear fog and seats.
