GP under side pics

Does anyone have pictures of the underside of a Mini GP so we can see how to design an exhaust system? Or, does anyone know if it's identical to a Mini S.
If anyone has pictures I'd appreciate your help.

Not true

Same as a factory R53 JCW but not the same as an "S" or a dealer installed JCW exhaust.

Ummm...read again Sam. He was asking if the underside of the GP is the same as the S - it is except for the panels.

The dealer installed JCW exhaust is two piece vs. a one piece version on the GP. The GP does indeed get the crimped version (for cabrio bracing clearance). I never said the GP got the Cooper S exhaust.

GP exhaust

Is the GP exhaust going to replace your RMW exhaust?

yes, only the rear section though (see the red line where the Marman flange will go). The GP exhaust will be for daily driving, while I'll swap the RMW on for track/auto-x. VA's finest will have to do without that extra bit of revenue from here on.

Thanks for posting that pic. I have found a way to get all of the parts, if I want, and install them on my cooper S. I have took this picture and compared it to one with the standard aero skirts and it looks like it will fit without much, if any, modification.

Same with the black spoiler on the rear bumper. Looks like the same dimensions as the standard S rear bumper with different inserts. The black spoiler along the bottom and 2 pieces of trim that merge into the rear arches on either side should be all that I need.

Anyone know if the X-Brace can be installed on a GP with the underbody panels?

For those out there wondering why. I do not want to create a GP. I have the aero side skirts and will soon install my aero front bumper but hate the aero rear bumper. To me it looks like a shelf. I just want the black trim to dress the stock one up a little bit. I bet that most GP owners wouldn't even catch it that easily.

The underbody panels is just for better airflow. Not racing but airflow is drag and a reduction in speed and economy and every little bit helps. Besides I wouldn't do it except the panels were far cheaper than I thought.

I am not going to expose where I can get the parts to keep them from getting in trouble or raising eyebrows at MiniUSA.

That is what I am kinda trying to figure out to. But instead of the x brace I am trying to figure out if I can install the oem cabrio underbody tension bars.
