I'm on my 2nd BRG. Sometimes referred as Bavarian Racing Green. Booger green just for fun sometimes. While not picking colors as I think they all look great, I feel the BRG is me.
When a few of us BRG's in our club get together, we are known as the Booger Patrol. We had three in the Dragon Booger Run this year so maybe we can expand on it in 06.
Yucca. We may let you have the honor of leading us up the Dragon next year as the head Booger.

Our Mini on order is BRG/S. I always thought that BRG was such a classic colour for a European car. It really reminds me of the heritage of these things. Really classic. I also have some great ideas for my stripes and numbers that will really make this car pop but those are top secret till I get it done

a great thread
Tuesday morning, Nov. 29, 2005
Hi, from New Orleans,
I attrach a pboto of my last BRG car, a 1978 MGB, what a great car. I was what we used to call a "daily driver". That took some enthusiasm for it had no AC and it gets some hot and humid in our city. Some motorist ran a red light in 1997 and I plowed into her and totaled my car. Even with the seat belts on I broke my sternum (hurt like crazy). Well, the wife would not let me get another MG (was president of our local MG car club - that was a bummer). When I got to see a MINI a few months ago, I was so impressed I ordered one, BRG of course, including the top. It should be at my deater in Baton Rouge the first week in December, can't wait. Please add me to the thread. Joe

BRG the Best
Got my BRG '05 Mini right off the dealers lot. Didn't order it. Fell in love with the color immediately. I think it is the sharpest looking Mini on the road. Most of my friends also comment on the color and how sharp it looks.
Update 10/10/06 I traded in the BRG MINI for a Space Blue Copper S in August of '06. Sorry to see it go but had to have a Cooper S with the sharp 18" wheels and Sports Package.

I was plesantly surprised when I popped off the packing cardboard and saw the silver color. If you squint your eyes and look the other way, they sort of look like Ronals...
I did a cursory search for some wheel center covers, but no progress there. The steelies are a compromise, but an acceptable one
