So, I'm in the market for an 11% supercharger pulley and the only place I found them is Kavs. The following is an email conversation I had with them...

ME: I'm looking for a price on the 11% supercharger pulley and U.S. shipping to
<my address>.

KAVS: I can do 130 USD shipped to you. It is in stock. PayPal.

ME: I just realized that I didn't specify that I need one for MINI Cooper. (Kavs
sells supercharger pulleys for other cars)

KAVS: MINI Cooper DOES NOT HAVE A SUPERCHARGER!

ME: Well, I'm pretty confused then, because my MINI Cooper has a supercharger
and your site sells pulleys for MINI Cooper Superchargers.

KAVS: So, do you have an S or cooper?

ME: I'll be completely honest with you, I can't even believe this conversation
took place. I'll look elsewhere, thank you.

KAVS: I hope elsewhere have a supercharger pulley for cooper. LOL

What the hell?

Does anyone have any experience with Kavs?

Guy was playing word games, Cooper vs. S Cooper. Better off going elsewhere. Imagine if you had a reason to return it.

You're right and I thought this was very unprofessional. The problem is, I can't find a damn 11% pulley anywhere else.

Yep, sounds like word games and bad customer service for not trying to even clarify if you had an S, or literally just a Cooper. You should get a lot more feedback on KAVS and maybe another contact to help you over on the MINI Torque forum.
