squeaky noise from engine

2007 Cooper S supercharged. Had the serp belt replaced 2 weeks ago. Now 2 days ago developed this nasty sound. Any suggestions?

There should be somebody out there that know what this is. Great video with sound.

Is this the dreaded crank pulley?

could it be as simple as loosening it a little bit? I havent touched anything with it, and will not until more input comes through. I do not want to rip it apart and start ordering parts for it and have it be something different. I went through that with a 1991 VW jetta once.

superchargers are suppose to be good for 100k, at 122k and if its original you may have diagnosed your own problem.
