I think it's rather interesting and pretty well done. Looks like a small pickup: http://uglycarpictures.com/ugly-mini...-pickup-truck/

Yes, the Red Bull MINIs when they come out of retirement end up at some auctions, ebay, etc... Most are a Cooper (NON-S) and are automatics in Gen 1 and Gen 2. They sometimes have aftermarket wheels. I have not seen one for the Gen 3 MINI yet.

I've mentioned MINI bringing in a pickup many times (prefer this to the 4 door, 'vert or the 4wd .... GAG)

btw ... just FYI

reports are this sold for $40,000 at Mecum in Kissimmee FL recently

No, especially with chicken tax prices.

Small trucks are a thing of the past anyway. Ford is reintroducing the Ranger and I'd put money on it being as big as an F150. The Colorado is/was as big as my old K1500.

Tacoma is as big as the old Gen 1 Tundra. That is a sweet Mini tow truck!

A pickup version from the factory, like below, doubt it. Wonder what my Clubman would look like with a rear bed...hmmm.

I agree with MiniTigger, that is a pretty sweet looking tow rig.
