I'll turn 64 this May. Isn't it great to at least feel young and still keep up with the youngin's.

35 years old, married, two year old daughter & two dogs and live on a dirt and gravel road! Just bought my first 2006 MCS two weeks ago! I have been out of the car scene a few years since my last VW (4 total). Moved to western PA in 2008 and due to living in the country on on "back roads" i decided to back off on modding cars. The 100+ mile a day drive to work and back didnt help either

Then i decided to do some research and figured out that i can get a supercharged 4 cylinder with great MPG ......and BAM i found my MCS!!

In two weeks i had to adjust the rear camber this past weekend...i will be replacing the front right side front control arm ball joint to pass my inspection and i will need to fix some "electrical issues" as well. But i LOVE IT!! the car runs awesome!

Nice looking car. I see you have the union jack skuttles. Now you need the mirror covers from www.OutMotoring.com
I remember the JFK incident, I was still in junior high so I guess that makes me quite abit older than you..
It's funny, the age bracket for owning Mini's is.....there is none.

I was a Jr. in high school on that November day, 1963. The details that I can still recall from that day surprise me. It was surreal, haunting.

I was a high school senior, sitting in journalism class, when the news about 9/11 broke. I know it hasn't been as long, but I think my generation will be saying the same thing when we are your age.

Don't think of it as "beige". Think of it as "brown, lacking enthusiasm".
