Using RTV to seal the oil pan gasket

I’ve reached the breaking point with this car in terms of oil leaks. It looks like I’m not going to be doing the oil pan gasket a third time since it weeps out of the back edge. I’m so tempted to slather the new gasket with RTV aka like a Tijuana wholesaler and send this car done the road.

This has got to be the most shitty lame *** ****ing engine on the planet. I’m assuming the gasket is being scrubbed to death by since BMW decided a torque mount should be located on the oil pan. It gets better lets mount a A/C compressor to it while where at it.
