"MB performance Chip" Any Good or Scam??
I just saw an eBay ad for an "MB Best Performance Chip", that is supposed to improve hp and mpg. As usual sounds too good to be true for only $20 US. Has anyone tried it?

If a $20 part could really do that wouldn't car manufacturers simply include it as standard?
