Are stickers too "ricer"?

Are stickers too "ricer"?
I was noticing as I buy parts, lot of manufacturers send stickers in the package, as well as selling them. I was thinking about putting some on the car but then was thinking "is that too ricer for a MINI?" I also like the idea of what's going on under the hood being in stealth mode rather than giving it all away.
So what do you all think? I'd put this in poll form, but couldn't figure out how.

Yes on ricer-look… Personally, unless you are being sponsored or belong to a circuit then I wouldn't use any of it in the car both visible or concealed under the hood.
I usually put stickers in my tool box (case) or car ramps instead. License frames usually get recycled. It just does not appeal to me to advertise these folks' hardware at all.
Everyone is different and I am sure there will be more replies...

Maybe, maybe not. It all depends on the tuner atmosphere you are currently in. Some people will accept it as is and know you spent money on the car. Others will deny it and say you're nothing but another Civic tuner.
One thing to think about is, what kind of attention you will bring to yourself by putting those stickers on? Are you going to get all the Integras, Civics, 240's trying to race you all the time because of it? Are the local peace officers going to watch you more due to your product advertisement?
These were the factors I weighed in when I decided whether to place stickers on or just keep them in the box. I chose to leave them off. I live in a larg-ish Metro area with ~250k people plus a couple other similar sized cities only 20-50 min from here. With that many people around there are a lot of children driving. They like to race anything on 4 wheels. I decided against the stickers due to that fact. However, that doesn't mean they don't try anyway. I bring enough attention as it is with my mods. Stickers would make it worse.

I say no stickers, go sleeper. I know its tempting to show off what you've done but you attract the wrong type of attention and it honestly doesn't impress anyone. Every time I see a civic with AEM and Skunk2 stickers I shake my head.
That, and you're basically advertising all the work you've done to potential thieves.

I have an Alta decal on one window, I really just likethe way it looks.i don't get any sort off attention in my r53 with or without them. I doubt you will get any extra attention from cops as long as your car looks respectable. Don't go crazy with them though.also have a wmw decal on my rear bumper but only visible to someone opening the trunk.

I think I'm just going to start decorating the "beer fridge" with them now and keep them off the car
