Safelite
my insurance sends all glass claims there
they have replaced my front glass over a dozen times in the last 20 years ... several times on my MINIs
ONE time I was not 100% happy and called to complain ... back out the next day to redo the entire job... all new glass and trim pieces ... "very very sorry"
they can do it in your driveway, or at work parking ... or at their store . .

each location is independently owned so there can be issues
but on the other hand I don't always trust the online 'review' sites. Some places simply work to stack the deck in their favor. This happens all the time where I live and the local paper runs a BEST OF contest every year. The BEST is usually the place that badgered the customers to send in a vote . .
Safelite is national with a national warranty and I know my insurance has been using them for over 20 years ... and like I said, any one who was not satisfied just had to pick up the phone IME ... other than cost that is
BUT do what makes you feel good .... I don't see any other recommendations and usually when I put ONE out there, the flood gates open with the other lookie-loos telling me I'm wrong . . . I'm simply sharing my experience.

I am going to have to go for a windshield soon and SafeLite is the easiest way to go.

Most people choose OEM Genuine MINI, PPG, or similar glass. Good luck and make sure they don't damage the a-pillars trim and they replace the upper window seal ( which they should with the new glass).

I just had my front windshield replaced. I had two rocks hit the windshield and crack it. I contacted my insurance agent on Tuesday and Thursday the mobile repair guy from ABRA came buy and replaced the glass with the same type that was installed from the factory.
They did a great job and the tech was courteous and professional.
