Ordering Question

To those of you who ordered your mini....I've got a JCW Clubbie on order and when I log into the Owners Lounge to check the order status, it lists the car as "on order" and lists it as a Clubman S, with the exterior and interior colors. It doesn't mention that it's a JCW or list any of the options. Is this normal for "On Order" status?

Will the options show up when it moves into "Scheduled for Production" status?

It's fairly normal for the information to be wrong at first... especially if it was a change to an existing order slot.

What he said. I was able to track MY MINI only by phone, online info was late and not correct.

OK that's good to know--it was a change to an existing order slot too. How do you track the order by phone?

you can call ask mini: 1-866-275-6464...but they very often don't have the very up-to-the-minute status... they may know what step in the process of being built it is, but pretty much after it's built you can check here: http://www.northamericanmotoring.com...d-updated.html

MINI USA will only give info up to when it got to the port of export. They say call your MA for more info after that point.
