I went to the dealership with intent to trade in the R56 cooper (auto) since I felt it needs more horses. After test driving the JCW I realized that this beast of a car might be too much for the Mrs. to handle. Thats what made me hesitate in getting the car this afternoon.
Now I am seriously contemplating of trading in my Infiniti FX for a JCW so me and the Mrs. would have our own mini's each. I know I'm going to be losing the extra space and comfort if I go for the JCW but the works cars is just soo much FUN!
Sorry for the rant but I just want to hear others opinion and what you would do if you were in my shoes...
What rant? Two MINIs is the way to go, we share both of them.

Get the JCW - do a rear seat delete. Space to haul and fun
Keep the MCS - Automatic for city and together driving and back seats for kids or other people

Those are my favorite, and probably now famous, steel rims. I used them as my summer rims for a little over 2 years. You can't beat the awesome look of steel rims, I'm almost alone in this idea. But now I have 15" hollies for summer, and my steels are for winter. I enjoy the lightness of the hollies. I should get them painted black. Or some company should make "steel rims" out of aluminum, also painted black, no clear.

Two here and both of us (my wife and I) are lovin' it. And we don't have a third to fall back on. So far after almost 5 months: no problems with space or hauling. Heck, for Father's Day it was her idea to go out in both together when we didn't need to, just so we could have a mini MINI rally!
One is where it starts and who knows where it will stop. We are currently at three MINI/minis. They keep showing up at our doorstep looking for a home and we couldn't turn them away. There is never a good enough excuse to not have more than one MINI.
Yep 2 here also. And when the daughters at college this is our only transportation and no complaints here!
