Active Army MAJ -- Korea, Bragg, left Germany and SWA last year, and have done MANY MANY travels. At FT Lee, VA for a "break" now, before our next adventure (I'm part of a dual military couple.)

I went over there, already the owner of an MGB. Already had some built in friends among the Brits because of club connections. Life was fun there!
The women loved Americans. Not necessarily because they wanted to move to the States, but unlike the average male Brit at that time, the average Yank actually listened to them, and treated them better.
