That's Matthew Lesko, and he mentions in this interview that he does in fact have a Yellow Mini Cooper with question marks all over it (as well as an orange Scion with question marks). He's also famous for his "question mark" suits.
So while there's still a chance that the picture is a Photoshop job, there's no reason to think it is. It's a real guy, with a suit he really wears, sitting on a car matching the description of a car he really owns.

Haha, my sister actually went to highschool with and is friends with Matthew Lesko's son. Obviously his son refuses to talk about his dad, and avoids all conversations involving his dad. His dad is legend around the area where i live. its the question mark man!!

Steve McQueen's 1967 Austin Mini Cooper S April , 2006
Originally Green with white top, he had it painted medium brown metallic with a beige roof. Tony Nancy did the interior in a mottled grainy vinyl and had a sunroof put in. He sold it back to the dealer several years later. in 1990 it was in the LA Times for sale in the classifieds.
The original body shop owner , Lee Brown, went and bought it for 10 Grand. The Single driving light was a McQueen touch and he had a custom wood dash made for it too. The wheels were reversed and stock hubcaps.
The little pic in front of the car shows Steve picking it up from the body shop. The car is shown as it was in 1990 and it is still like that today.
Mr. Brown tells of how he had a joy ride with McQueen and he put it up on 2 wheels after hitting a curb and drove it for 150 feet before coming down on all fours. Scared the crap out of both of them.

This picture of Penn with Dom was from the first AMVIV,, That is Penn's MINI in back of them.. He had it custom painted. Color was called stripper pink.
Randy Johnson, pitcher for the AZ Diamondbacks has one. ( or had ). He and his wife picked up one while they were in NY, when he was playing for the Yankees. The MA there told me that he insisted on driving it home. He is like 6'11''

Wow, I've heard of a rear seat delete, but Randy would need to take out the FRONT seat!
