CR with White or Black?

OK with Gunner (RIP) gone now I have been looking at all kinds of pictures of MINIs trying to find inspiration in colors to get Gunner II. I think I have come to the conclusion that CR is the color I really like the best but now I have to decide on roof/mirror cap colors. Although CR/CR is nice I don't think it is for me. Gunner was CR/B but I had initially gone looking for a CR/W combination and found him. I did not have Gunner through a summer to see how much heat would be a factor with the black roof. Does anyone have recommendations as to black or white roof and why? I'll be ordering Gunner II in beginning of Jun.

Thanks,

Scott

White! I originally wanted black but ended up going with white. No real reason, I just think it looks amazing with CR. I also like the white bonnet stripes against the red better than the black ones.

Either one is awesome though, very tough decision. I'd go with the white roof/mirrors just so you can have a change...for some reason I dont think I'd want the exact same car. Gotta have SOMETHING different. Good luck!

I was thinking along those same line sof having a difference between Gunner (RIP) and Gunner II with the colors. Just don't know what if any differences there are with hot sunny days and the advantage of a white roof. If I go that way I'll probably go all white roof. I don't want to give up my CROC.

My CR is a convertible but when I see black roof or white roof CR Minis I like them equally. One plus to having a white roof that I can think of is...IMHO if you want to add roof graphics most designs will work better with a white roof
