I had this update done by the Dealer. It leveled out the pedal response, but took away a lot of the torque between all gear changes. The car became less fun to drive.

Since the crankshaft bearing recall now affects all manual trans cars for certain dates, I'm beginning to think this update was done to prevent motor replacement as they geared up to do all cars.

On the display under software updates if you have Navigation. Non Nav cars the dealers will have to plugin and check.
