Front side windows and triangular trim piece installation

Does anyone have any pictures of how these install? I had my CM in for a door repair and the shop did a great job on everything but the A-pillar area. The inside and outside seals/trim/tweeter were not done right. The result was obvious because I hear excessive wind noise and it is like the wind is pointing the issue out to me "pssst look here, pssssst pssst."

I need to figure out how to remove the little triangle and re-seat it properly.

I figure I'd rather spend an hour of my own time over a holiday weekend rather than dink around with limited shop hours and no car.

Plus I need an excuse to work on my car.

Nevermind! I spent 10 minutes in the parking lot and got it seated properly.

The triangle piece just wasn't slid down all the way. There are two locating posts on the backside of it that sit in two corresponding holes in the door sheetmetal that needed to be helped into position. I basically yanked the whole corner of the seal off (careful, it's metal and thin and therefore easily deformable) and re-seated everything. Other than mangling some of the rubber flanging that keeps it in place in the very front of the door, it seated fine. I guess it's easier to install when the other parts of the trim aren't there and that's probably why it got put in the wrong way by the shop.

All fixed. No more wind noise!

Not that I want to cut them slack on the job, but I suspect it was from lack of experience and trying to save time by not installing the seals and trim in the right order. It's possible they didn't even notice, though that would be a lame excuse.

Yea, or they just missed it. Body shops seems like always in a rush to get the cars done.
