Is anyone running an aftermarket air filter like K&N or similar inside the JCW airbox? Any advantage or increased butt dyno?

 

The factory JCW cars take the flat panels filter unless you did the JCW kit top mod, which has the tube filter with an N14 airbox conversion.

Just wanted to make sure you get the right one. Part # 13717568728

Is the pipercross flat panel filter dry or does it need to be oiled? Thanks!

 

I have the aFe dry and like it.

 

I like that one as well. Can't make up my mind on which one is better.

 

Overclck, its very light oil already on the filter.
