Is the JCW aero kit dealer installed?

I was planning on ordering a factory JCW and I was thinking about getting the JCW aero kit. If I'm doing a custom order (I've never done this before on other cars) does the kit get installed at the factory or does the dealer install it? I'm asking because if I price out the mini online it shows the JCW accessories in a different category. I know people who order the MCS say that it can be a dealer or port (can anyone explain how this works?) installed option. Is it the same for the factory JCW?

There are basically three ways to get the JCW aerokit on your new JCW: dealer installed, port installed, or buy the kit and do it yourself (or have a body shop do it.) I negotiated the port installed price down to an acceptable level for me, $2200.

They delivered it to your house?haha... Does it come with instructions for installation or are their any online installation guides? Also, does the kit come with the rear fogs?

Thanks for the info guys. I think I'll only order the kit if I get a good deal with the install. If not looks like I'll be doing it myself plus I'll get to keep the original parts.

Wait, I thought the JCW Aero came stock on the Factory JCWs?

EDIT: What a ripoff! I thought the Aero kit would at least come with the JCW! So let me get this straight, upgraded brakes and engine, but no suspension or body work. I was really thinking about ordering a JCW, but now I'm not so sure.
