Been a while since I posted, but I just wanted to update you guys. I just took my 2015 MCS BRG to the dealership yesterday to get its first Maintenance appointment done. It had approx. 10,700 miles. The only issue I have had so far was passenger window malfunction. It's extremely hot here in east Texas and it may have had something to do with that. It wouldn't roll up. However, I forgot to tell them about.

Anyways, I got to the dealership and they checked my key fob and told me that I had a safety recall for the side airbags. They said all they'd have to do is add "padding" and that it would take a bit longer than normal. They gave me a 2013 MCS to drive till they finished. I also asked to look at the oil when they changed it. I'm concerned with running around on nasty oil. Personally, the oil should have been changed already. That is my preference though. The mechanic even advised to get it changed every 6k miles.

On my way home, I hit a bump on the interstate and my navigation, HUD, satellite radio and everything shut off. Scared the crap out of me!! I was scared my car was gonna shut off in busy traffic. It came back on, and a while later it did it again! It did it a total of four times on my way home. So far it hasn't done it again. But I will be scheduling an appointment soon to have it checked on again. This is aggravating since I live 2 hours from a dealership.

By the way, I absolutely miss how well the previous generations handle. I seriously wanted to take that 2013 MCS home! Lol
