When I plug my iPhone 4S into the USB port and select it, it automatically starts playing the itunes music.

Is there a way to prevent it automatically starting iTunes or to pause the music without going into the iPhone iTunes

 

I've actually been looking for a way to do that since picking up my car a few days ago and I haven't been able to find a way. Sorry

 

If you push the volume ****, it will mute the audio but also pause your music on your phone.
