I fell in love with the Mini when I was stationed in Germany. The Little cars are insane. I am back in the states now and have come across one for sale. Body is in good condition, engine is a little rusty, interior needs some work, steering wheel is on the right side (one reason why I like it). They have no idea how many miles are on it (new gauges but all zeroed out) It's a 1977 Clubsman. He is asking $7,500... Can anyone send me some advice... the VIN is XC2S2 801169IP. Can I look it up on Carfax or is that a waste of time?
Sorry if there is already a feed for this type of question. I like the car and want to get it before some one else does... Thanks... Cheers
Post a link or some pics over in the classic mini talk section and we will be glad to take a look at it.
Carfax probably won't even find anything on the vin. I think autocheck will let you put in the vin before buying to see if they even have anything to report.
