folks,

been a few weeks (entering the 3rd now) since I ordered my Auto Sport+ from FES - and haven't been able to get any response from them (other than the automated order reply). Been trying to get a shipping ETA since it hasn't arrived, and it's still not on my ups/fedex schedules....

Found a few threads around from last year with similar issues...making me wonder if they're even still around.

anybody had any recent luck?

I ordered my Auto Sport+ from FES on July 9, and have not received it yet. The autocross season is almost over so it will not be needed for a while now.
Sounds like this guy is very part time, he has the only product like this so I guess we just have to wait. He has had my money for 9 weeks so I'm not happy about that but if it does come and work ok it will be worth it.

It took a month to get my unit and I was NEVER able to get a response to email or phone calls.

I personally would wait a bit, as the circuit is well worth it, even if the company has the WORST CR@PPY @$$ customer service Ever! and I mean EVER.

I know that Way @ Way Motor Works gets them also, but he told me he has to wait like all the rest of us. My understanding is that the company FES is a small one man(retard) outfit, and they order the circuits in small batches to fill orders as needed, of course this is no excuse for the extremely poor customer service. How hard is it to answer an email and let people know that someone is alive on the order system.

So if you paid via PayPal just wait a bit, I think its up to 90 days to complain to them, even though I think that people should start to complain to PayPal and the CC companies and maybe FES would start to email people if they lost business.

 

I ordered one from Helix and had it in a few days.

 

Out motoring, got it in days. But that was years ago.

 

I ordered my auto up on Jul 26 and still have not received it. I have tried to call multiple times and left messages. Also, I have emailed multiple times but nothing has happened.

This guy has one of the better products on the market but also the worst customer service around. Does anyone have any advice? Should I keep on waiting or should I order through Out Motoring?

 

Unless you can do an auto refund on his site it will take forever to do the refund inorder for you to order it elsewhere.. Unless your willing to risk ordering another one while trying to get your refund...

 

to update (ok, a month too late, but):

mine finally shipped 9/24/14, ordered 8/29/14.

arrived a few days later (actually while I was out of town for work - and just finally getting caught back up now!).

still have to get it installed...no real excuse since the interior is still stripped for the stereo work! :p

 

Still nothing, I ordered an Auto Sport+ from FES on July 9 for a 2013 Non S.I am about to cancel and try to get my money back.

might be worth a few (dozen? hundred?) emails to info@fes-auto.com - perhaps my few emails (9/8, 9/11) was what prompted the shipment eventually?

 

I have emailed him many times already (8/19, 9/10, 10/7, 10/23), called and left voicemails. Unfortunately, I have gone to the BBB with this issue and I am waiting to see if this fixes the problem. I have also called him again today but did not receive any answer. Hopefully something will happen soon.

Well, I just got off the phone with Matt! Holy crap, he actually answered. So he said he is going to put a label on a box for me and put it in the mail tomorrow. I will keep you all up to date when/if it comes in.
