Electrical Total driven time ?

Total driven time ?
Does anyone know if the car keeps a record of the total time the car has been driven since its built?
I have an ODB II reader but that kind of information won't show.
There's an average mph displayed on the computer but I suspect this to be on a shorten time frame (since the last x amount of miles or something like that) and varies rather than since the car was build which would be a lot more accurate...
Does it exist?
And if so can it be read via ODB II port connection?
thx!

I know going back to gen1 cars, some info like highest rpm and speed was recorded to the ecu...not sure about "time in service".... Reality is if you swap an engine...you don't reset that info...so doubt it is saved. But without a very specific tool, I bet you will never get the info...bet you need the OEM software at the least....

Only vehicles I'm familiar with that have engine clocks are aircraft and tractors. Only way to keep track of when they need serviced. Don't remember the intervals on the old JD 620 I spent hours on but the FAA requires 100 hour and annual inspections and overhauls.
We did go on a near 5K mile road trip last year. I kept track of total miles, average speed and average fuel consumption. With the total miles and average speed I was able to calculate a total driving time of a little over 95 hours. That what you're looking for? D=RT or T=D/R
