Finally my beloved Mini has arrived in Europe and is about to be delivered to me (within 24 hours - woohoo!).
The only thing I need to do to get it through the import check is enable the rear fog. (I fitted the lamp and correct toggle switch before it left the US).
I called my local Mini dealer, who said they can do programming, but have never done this specific one, so it may take some time.
I'm not happy about paying for their time to learn something that should be a very quick job.
Can anyone give me the right information that I can pass to the dealer in order to speed up activation?

I guess they don't know how to retrofit because the rear fog is standard (required) there. The retrofit instructions describe coding: http://www.northamericanmotoring.com...t_Retrofit.pdf. This is a MINIUSA document and what it specifies is probably appropriate for your US spec MINI.
Thanks, I found that document after I posted (although at motoringfile). I hope it's sufficient.
If anyone has any more detailed info, or a step by step of the coding, that would be awesome.
