No such animal. The "clear" lens on the R53 you are referring to is the back-up light.

Take one of the stock red lenses to a plastic company. They'll be able to create a clear version.

He is asking about the fog lights, not tail.

You have to make them.

Here is a closeup.

You can see the LED the aluminum
circular thing. It fits exactly in the hole
where the reverse bulb goes.(no cutting)
http://www.plasmaled.com/high_power_module.htm

They have a variety of colors.
The reverse bulb is a standard wedge bulb
replacement (hole drilled and GM socket bulb
holder purchased from car parts store)
for what is now the reverse lights. (I used
super white bright)

Here is a closeup

You put the LEDs to a switch in the dash.

The reverse lights work normally.

Not to dampen your parade but the ONLY allowed white lights to the rear in any state is the back up light. Having a Rear Fog light in white will definately cause the police to come after you.

I forgot to mention that to him.

I primarily use mine I have a very long
dark driveway and it really helps.

I've blinked them at a hyper tailgaiter once
and they did back off, so in that it is handy.

If you just drive down the road with these things
on I think the cop will end up using that shocker
thing on you.

You could get the red ones that way I think you're OK.

I just thought of something.
You could get one white and one red, with independant
switches.
