cigarette lighter fuse

I looked today for my lighter fuse. I want to tap it for my radar detector, but I couldnt see which one it is. I checked the owners manual and under the cover, but I didnt see a diagram for it. Or I couldnt understand which diagram it is.

Please let me know, thanks!

Scott.
