Would you add a yellow Clubman to the convoy? Not sure she could keep up with Gil-galad but willing to try.
Absolutely! The more the merrier!
Perhaps you're referring to my southbound pass on I-380 on Saturday afternoon. I usually don't push it quite that hard. Truth be told, I was just trying to keep up with Bill and Alyce.

The Granite City meet was so much fun that we have made hotel reservations for the Ozark and Decorah events. Where should we go to sign up for these events? Do participants take pets? Thanks for helping the "newbies" acclimate.
Fantastic! The organizers of the R4TO have established a Google Groups page with all of the information about this event. I will send an e-vite to your email address that will provide you with a link for joining this page. Other than that, there's no real sign-up per se. We here in EIM are using this NAM thread to communicate and informally choreograph our own travels to Arkansas.
D3m0N took their pups along with them to the HPMS event last May, when we motored out to the Black Hills. He can probably give you some tips based on his experience. I'll send him your email address so he can contact you directly.
I'm going to try to get an announcement thread posted here in our NAM forum this week about the Border Skirmish Drive. It will allow folks to indicate their intentions.

Yes, please come along! We need a few more fun people from our EIM group!
Daryl
Thanks Daryl. I'm waiting for some answers (by others) and hopefully I can commit to this shindig.

Sounds like a good compromise. We'll make it 9:00 am. That should get us to Harrison with plenty of daylight left.
Is this Ainsworth, Iowa? Just double checking. Trying to finalize plans to make the run and meet up with you guys.

The kids and I are here at the Super 8 her in Decorah.
Oldsbear and Lolly are here too.
On the way up we ate dinner at Breitbach's in Balltown.
They had a dinner buffet going on for 15.95 for adults and kids were 1/2 price. I love a buffet but 15.95....no thank you.
Looking forward the complimentary breakfast here at the Super 8.
See ya in the morning.
oops.....this is the wrong thread....sorry everyone.

Here's the route I have planned out from Ainsworth to Harrison, which is the shortest time-wise and has the added bonus of some interesting roads along the way. Advertised by G-Maps at a skosh over 8 hours (typically conservative) which means with a 9 am departure we can probably stop for a decent lunch somewhere and still arrive in Harrison before 6 pm.
Let me know if this is acceptable to you fellow R4TOers.

Gil, Whats going on at the gathering in Ar? We are looking for a short trip in May and have a place to stay in Branson which is only 30 miles from Harrison. We may consider checking it out.

This list is firming up as the EIM contingent at R4TO:
05MINI
bsteig
deanman
densan57
Gil-galad
judy&jimb oldsbear
Smokin' Jo
For those who wish to motor down together as a group, we're also set for the route (see previous posting) and for our 9:00 am Thursday morning rendezvous at the Ainsworth BP station, which is located at the intersection of US-218 and IA-92 (US-218 Exit #66).
Participants in last year's Mini Meet East Meets West up in Winona may remember Steve and Peggy from Council Bluffs and their LY/W MC (they stayed over with us at Waumandee). Since they have a room-of-opportunity in Branson they've also decided to join in the R4TO fun and we expect to see them in Harrison. Yet another IA MINI to represent.
