Anyone want to see Dan (our own Gary's son) play in Des Moines on November 6? His band plays early, so those of us more mature folks can still get to bed almost at the normal time. Here is a link to the band's website:

Now I have an excuse to insist that we go in the MINI!

The headlining band -- Cartel -- is a popular draw and the show is likely to sell out. Anyone interested in going needs to think about advance tickets, which can be purchased using the following link:

You can get some of the band's tunes on itunes and Amazon. Don't forget to get your tickets before they are sold out. Hope to see you on the 6th!

Also, just want to alert everyone that we had to drop the Oct 24th AutoToyz event off of the Event Calendar. Too bad, as this was a great draw for the IC-area folk. Maybe next year...

Daryl, it was great seeing you at the show last night. I know Dan and the guys really appreciated your being there to support them.

It was a great show. That boy has lots of talent! I'll be there for his next Midwest tour and buy his new album in February. Shirley says the signed poster will be very valuable someday.
