Just thought that I would throw this out there and see if anybody is interested in going in on purchasing motoring grille badges from motoringbadges.com. They have stickers and magnetic ones and for 37.50 you get six different badges. They have a good selection on their site including flags, events, shamrocks and many others. Grille badge holders can be purchased seperately from Outmotoring which I think are the same ones you can get from the dealers. Please let me know if your interested and I can look into this further.

EIM gang -- please reply or email me with your EIM Grill Badge orders!
I've finally managed to follow up on Dan's original idea and the result is that genuine, bona-fide Eastern Iowa MINIs Grill Badges will soon be available! Our resident photog and arteest extraordinaire Rob blessed us with his graphics skills once again (thanks Rob!) and we've translated his effort into our soon-to-be-official EIM Grill Badge --
These will be high quality and very strong, full 3" magnetic motoring badges that will work with the standard grille badge holder from MINI as well as all 3" aftermarket badge holders. The cost per badge is $7.
Once I get an idea of the response I'll give you payment instructions by separate correspondence (probably email).

Once I have them in hand and can verify the quality of the graphic reproduction, I'll start soliciting payment and get them out to everyone.

We are considering placing an order for a new batch of Eastern Iowa MINIs magnetic grill badges. The inside graphic will be a bit larger than our "old" badge to make the graphic and text easier to discern. Our staff artist Rob has generated "Black-on-Yellow" or "Yellow-on-Black" versions of the new grill badges.
You can vote for your preference and indicate your potential interest using the form accessible via this link:

.....**Paul, let me know if you still want to buy the two original badges at Wig and Pen or would rather wait for these to come in
We'll be glad to take the old ones...... unless someone else is in need of one right away.

Payment instructions were sent this morning via email to everyone who pre-ordered a badge. Thus, if you didn't receive an email I'm not yet aware of your interest in a new badge...but fear not, as there are plenty of extras if you still want to jump on the bandwagon. $6.50 includes shipping right to your doorstep.

Edit: For anyone who's on the fence and hasn't seen the new design, here it is --
