Looks like a great turnout and takeover by the MINI folks, I thought Coralville was a small town in the Midwest? I guess I will go google it. Lots of MINIs at a new Sonic which looks pretty darn nice.
Wish I had a Sonic franchise for my retirement.
Looks like fun, thanks for posting the pictures. Who's the guy wearing the UJ, nice T?

Turns out Coralville is in Midwest Iowa, but it anything but a small town. Nice city, even a newer Marriott, plus free wireless for the computer junkies. Must be the place to live half way to Chicago.

Yes, Sonic had a ton of business, with their own traffic cops to handle the crowd. It looks like a good franchise. Food is pretty decent, too. I had never been to a Sonic before.
Sorry, I did not get all the names
Coralville is right next door to Iowa City, home of the University of Iowa and a thriving economy. I think it would be a fine location for a Mini dealership!
Thanks for everyone coming out. It was a great turnout Sonic was quite busy. And although not the biggest town we have some good things here. Especially since the University of Iowa is right next door in Iowa City, Cedar Rapids is nearby so there's a lot going on here
Im looking forward to the next meet wither it be in Coralville Davenport or wherever. Hope to see some of you in Galena later this month
Great pics, 'bear! Thanks for taking and posting them.
Good to see the turnout -- more MINIs than I expected. Also glad to see the MINIs taking over the primo showcase parking spots...I'm sure you folks attracted quite a bit of attention! I'll bet the Sonic folks liked the attention-grabber.
Hope I have the opportunity to join the group next time.
BTW, any idea how many were NAM members? I'm hoping we have a conduit for connecting up with everyone again.

I think there was about 4 or 5 that were NAM members think the other were possibly from the Yahoo gorup. Need to get them over here ;) if they aren't already.
