How's the AZ Dealer?

Kinda new to Tucson and was wondering what people of the state thought of their dealer here... Just had Stella towed to Scottsdale for service and some problems I've been having. The only mods she wears that I'm worried they'll freak out about are my lord of the flies engine mount and my K&N directly on the TB. So what's to say about this dealer? Good? Bad? or Ugly?

You'll get varied storys about pretty much every dealer, but I think overall you'll hear positive things about Mini North Scottsdale. I know 99% of my experiences have been nothing but positive. My Service Advisor, Justin Gray, has always bent over backwards to help me and get things done in a timely and fair manner, in both the service/warranty period, and now outside of it also.

As far as mods, they've always been pretty mod friendly also. I have an 05 MCS also (now with 61k miles), with the DDM Cold Air Intake, 15% pulley, Alta 2.5 Sportone exhaust, also the LotF damper, and a few other things, and have never had an issue with them. When my clutch was slipping a bit just prior to the 50k warranty running out, they replaced it with no questions asked about mods, etc. Justin got in the car, felt the pedal and agreed, and it was done.

That's good to know. My problems for sure don't relate to the LotF mount, so I guess I'm not as worried as I would be if my stock mount had gone. But I'm way excited to go pick her up this next friday. Also, my advisor's name was Paul I believe. He seemed way nice. The dealer in Vegas was a dream come true. Thanks guys.

Yeah, I'm looking into the Tucson Chapter... I'm trying to get to the freaking euros on friday nights, but I haven't made it yet and wont today either. Next week maybe, depending on when I get Stella back.

okay, this dealer rocks my world so far. Stella's done! New clutch, fixed my headlights, checked out the a/c noise for me... and want to know when about I'll be coming into town so they can give her a sweet wash to be ready for me. Huge thanks to Luke Gatty!
He's da man.

Yeah, he took care of CoopahS last week when I had it in for the crank pulley fix.
