I also wanted Porsche Boxster style for my Supersprint exhaust (because SS's prices for their own tips are highway robbery) and was shopping for an actual Boxster tip, but the prices are outrageous even for a used one. I was browsing ebay and came across this one for I think like $45.00 and took a chance. Luckily, it turned out to be an awesome piece, double-walled with two openings and the perfect size for the opening in the rear valence.
I'm sorry I can't help you out on where I got it, but I know the seller had it advertised as an E30 3-series tip, I had to torch and bend the outlets on the supersprint slightly to get them to fit and adjusted the amount they stick out with the four set screws on the tip.
