Any help would be appreciated. I stopped once I saw this to make sure I was making the correct connections.
When I was reading this link. On #19 they said they confirmed you don't tap pin 31 but tap pin 40. Not sure if that's correct or not.

Not sure about the actual pin#s but using the diagram I just counted and used the colors and everything matched up.

Make sure that you are counting and identifying #31 correctly (use the colors as reference - they should match up exactly as shown in the diagram). Triple check everything.
Why do you have the yellow connected?

So do I. It's contrary to what's described inthe manual but it has worked ok so far.

All connections made, nothing out of the ordinary at start up. Went to prime, no flow despite pump running. Tried alternate method, still no flow.

You have the FAV and the check valve installed in the correct direction?

I do. I actually put a leftover piece of tubing directly on the output and I am still getting nothing. The pumps are not self priming and I have read it could take some time.

I want to start by saying that Jeff at Howerton is awesome! We were emailing back and forth trying to figure out why I was not getting any flow and it turns out there is a missing piece inside the tank. Jeff walked me through the steps to troubleshoot the issue before he realized what it was. He is also overnighting me the missing piece and I should have it by Tuesday. Considering it was Sunday we traded about 15-20 emails throughout the day.

The yellow wire is the fuel rail pressure, IIRC it is used in conjunction with the injector signals to come up with an injector "duty cycle" for DI engines.

For some reason that was not mentioned in the steps earlier in the document. I connected that one.

No. The hose with the filter was never installed in the tank before it shipped. It must have been overlooked. Jeff is overnighting me one and I should be good to go.

If you disconnect the line before the FAV, will water then flow? If so then the FAV could be clogged or bad.

I got a problem where the flow gauge shows random flow during idle. Bounces up and down sometimes. But it is not flowing when it does.

Are you running 100% Meth?. That's when you'll see below ambient.

I've always run at least 80% methanol (currently at 100%) and depending on temperature and humidity I see between 10F to 30F below ambient.

I use DashCommand, ScanXL and the P3Car gauge all of which are OBD2 readers.
