What boost level should I see with Evolve stage 3 or above??

I am seeing about 10- 11psi of boost with and evolve Stg3 , catless dp, big evolve fmic, alta intake.

I am waiting on a tune update also.

I saw a thread about disconnecting the battery for 10mins? Should I try that?

Is 11ish normal or is something not right?

If you're talking peak psi levels, then that would be pretty low. Check for leaks, loose connections, etc...

Not enough info... Gear? Ambient temps? Car wamrned up to 185F+?

Those levels may be right or may be wrong. The MINI does not hit and hold a static boost level but adjusts it to hit a torque value.

My 2010 MCS hit 13.9 psi when fully warmed up in the summer in 3rd. 17.1 with AP stg 1 91octane. It also maxed around 8 when not warmed up in stock map.

I would not reset the ecu. If the mapping is done right, it is unnecessary and will only reset fuel trims and your radio.

Thanks for the responses, and it appears to be no issue just operator headspace.

I reset the ecu and reloaded just in case. After that I warmed the car above 185 per dash command seeing about 200 215 on average steady and checked the boost levels.

i am seeing about 12 average with spikes higher (wheels slipping, shift etc)

I was just seeing all of the numbers float around and the few times i looked at the dash command app i seemed a bit low.

Waiting to see what the new Evolve tune brings when it gets emailed

Yea probably something wrong with the tune. Hope the new file helps.
Im seeing 18psi with my piggy back JB+. I would expect you get a lot more having an actual tune.

I haven't done a lot of data logging but I have seen boost hit 21.8 psi With my Evolve tune. I'm assuming that's about as high as it'll get because at 22 the ECU will cut boost.

My evolve tune hits 18 PSI when I'm in 5000-5500 RPM range. I don't get any closer to redline.

I do notice boost builds very quickly to 10.5 and then very slowly above. I'm thinking about getting a higher rated recirc valve but not sure if that will solve my issue or not.

I am interested about this 'boost levels auto set to hit a torque level'.

I see my torque graph is very flat on the std ecu/map. It held .8 bar and dropped to .7 bar at 6,500 rpm. This was on a steady state loaded held rolling road.

When I moved to a "remap" the map held 1bar till 6,000 and then .9 bar at 6,500. The torque was not flat. it was decreasing (like every map I have seen to date, based on a back calc from bhp graph).

What was interesting was the standard map and the new map both held exacltly the same timing. So all that was happening was a higher boost figure. Seemed a little bit unsophisticated to me compared to any other 'remap' where timing and fuelling are adjusted along with boost.

I'm learning all the time about these minis!

Mine averaged 17-18 psi depending on the ambient temps. Was lower when it was near freezing temps. In all fairness, you should be asking Evolve directly. They were always more than willing to help me. There isn't enough knowledge on NAM regarding Evolve tunes to be of much use.

Edit: I had a HPFP starting to fail and since replacing it have talked to Evolve and they wanted to retune. Now waiting on my file but was told I should see 21PSI WOT at times. If I do when I get my new file, then I will be much lighter on the pedal! Haha

Just realized I never updated.

Retune helped. I consistently hit 20+PSI when I get close to redline. HPFP and dealer partial reflash was to blame for boost issues.
