The term "400whp" is gonna grab someone!
I'm actually surprised this thread isn't 3 pages long already.

Let's go Mr. Tease......spill the beans.
And even if you change nothing but your HMIC (Heat Mounted InterCooler) for a decent FMIC, it will be a big deal. My IAT is ~30F over Ta on the street and on the track it gets much much worse. Bringing IATs down to a Ta range with just an IC would be awesome.

E-gas 85 proof + 110 octaine?
Two simple words come to mind when I see an I/C that freekin huge on a supercharged engine, PRESSURE DROP. How much air is this new toy capable of moving and how tightly crammed is it going to be in the combustion chambers?
With an I/C of that magnitude I would say TURBO, but no you say S/C, It would need to be one heck of a centrifigul charger spining at verry high RPM IMO.
As for fueling this beast, I think 91oct crap-gas isnt going to be enough (400hp on a 1.6 or 1.8 things get a little crazy) E85 is my bet, as long as you have reworked the fuel system.
All in all it's another good teaser to get the site worked up again (been kinda boring around here lately anyhow) Keep up the thinking Jan, there arent many companys making NEW parts for our R53's anymore.
