We are almost ready with our new cylinder head that was a joint venture with DPR Racing Heads out of California. All that is left is the testing of in on our car. and to get some dyno runs in before and after.

Here are some pictures of this head. We have increased the exhaust flow around 80%. I will have exact numbers when the final release is made.

An Overview

Exhaust Port

Intake Port

Combustion Chamber Polish

The Valves with a Swirl Polish

We should have dyno numbers and every thing else in about 3 weeks or so. We also want to make sure there are no longevity issues.

This head should make some good numbers after the extensive flow bench testing that was done to makeit flow just right.

If you wish to have this done to your car, we will have 2 options. First you can provide us with a cylinder head, you send it out to us, and we will send it back about a week later. Or you can order through us, and we will send out one of our heads to get worked on to your specifications, and you will have 2 weeks to install, and send us pacb your working condition cylinder head.

If you have any questions please send me an e-mail.

We will release all the real info upon the official release (Dyno - Flow bench). Price will be approx 1600. But that is not a firm number.

I will keep you abreast of the info (Thanks Janet )

We ported them and polished them. I have to try to get a god picture of it. Need to set up some lights because the camera flash just doesn't cut it.

Will try to get up by the end of the weekend.

Thanks
Dan

Coopertino.

The flow of the exhaust port only was increased by 80%. I have not released the overall flow numbers yet until we get some dyno tesitng done on this.
